A Lawn Built From the Soil Up, Not Forced From The Top Down
Most lawn programs push a lot of fast nitrogen to get quick green. You get a surge of top growth, more mowing, more thirst, and a lawn that leans on the next application.
Our Soil-First Lawn Program works the other way. We feed the root zone with organic and biological inputs, add just enough nutrition for steady color, and let a healthier soil do the heavy lifting. The result is deeper roots, denser turf, and a lawn that handles a Montana summer better.
Under 1b
of applied nitrogen per 1,000 sq ft a year.
Typical Montana guidance is 2 to 4 lb. We use less on purpose and make it count.
Every visit
humic soil conditioner and seaweed.
Supports rooting, nutrient use and water movement through the whole season.
Scout First
weed control only when it’s needed.
We look before we spray. One targeted window in late spring, not a blanket treatment every visit.
5 visits
more chances to catch problems early.
Each visit, our crew checks turf health and leaves you notes on mowing, watering and weeds.

Good To Know
Do I have to sign up for everything?
No. Pick only what you need. Most customers find the full plan is the easiest way to stop thinking about the yard, but every service works on its own.
How is my price figured?
By the size of your lawn, the number of sprinkler zones, the condition of your beds and how many trees you have. That's why we quote each property instead of posting one price for everyone.
Will my lawn be green with this little nitrogen?
Yes. Each liquid visit includes iron for color, and a healthier root zone uses nutrients more efficiently. What you won't get is the fast surge of growth that means extra mowing and extra water.
Do you spray weed killer every visit?
No. Weed control happens in one window, late May to early June, and only after our crew scouts your lawn. If weed pressure is low, we skip it or spot treat. When we do treat, we'll leave a note with what was applied and when the lawn is ready for kids and pets again.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can reach your yard, your sprinkler controller and your backflow. If your controller is inside, we'll set up a time with you for the irrigation visits.
Can I add services later?
Anytime. Just call or email us and we'll fit it into your schedule.
